Pre-Existing Conditions: I understand that corrosion, hidden defects, deteriorated components, unsafe wiring, fuel contamination, prior improper repairs, and age-related failures may affect service outcomes and are not the responsibility of the technician.
Customer Responsibilities: I confirm that I have provided accurate information, granted access to the vessel, and disclosed any known issues, modifications, past repairs, hazards, or relevant history.

Diagnostics: I acknowledge that diagnostic procedures provide findings based on observable symptoms and available data and do not guarantee identification of all underlying issues.
Risk Acknowledgment: I understand that marine engines and systems may fail at any time due to age, wear, corrosion, contamination, or unrelated conditions. I accept this inherent risk.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of services. Thurman Marine Services LLC may invoice for diagnostic time, travel time, and any parts or materials used, even if the customer elects not to proceed with repairs. Payment may be made by cash, card, or electronic transfer. Credit/debit card transactions may be subject to processing fees.
